This beer is brewed according to ancient recipes, only from natural ingredients derived from Latvian nature. Clean water from the Gauja National Park, barley malt, hops and yeast are used in the preparation of beer. The authentic taste is obtained thanks to the wood cooking oven. Natural sparkling and transparency of beer are achieved in the process of slow maturation.
