Normalized pasteurized cow's milk, starter culture based on lactic acid mesophilic and thermophilic bacteria, edible table salt, preservative sodium nitrate, dye - annatto, thickener - calcium chloride, flavoring "Milk", enzyme preparation of animal origin: pepsin, chymosin. May contain traces of lysozyme (from chicken egg whites). GMO-free.

Store at a temperature of 4°C to 10°C and relative humidity of no more than 90%. After opening, store at a temperature of 2°C to 6°C and use within 3 days.
