Ingredients: first grade wheat flour, peeled rye flour, drinking water, Leipomo sugar-glucose syrup, fermented rye malt, potato flakes, light malt barley extract, flattened rye grain, sugar, pressed baker's yeast, salt, wheat gluten. powder, sunflower oil, baking improver*. *Bread improver: glucose, wheat flour, emulsifiers: esters of glycerol, diacetyl tartaric and fatty acids, monosubstituted sodium pyrophosphate; wheat gluten, anti-caking agent calcium carbonate; wheat malt, sugar, enzymes (xylanase, amylase, hydrolase, oxidase), flour improver - ascorbic acid. Additive: oats (2.6%). The product is made on rye yeast bread, rye sourdough.
Nutritional value of 100 g of product: Energy value: 1122 kJ/265 kcal. Fats: 2.4 g, of which saturated fatty acids – 0.4 g; Carbohydrates: 53 g, of which sugars – 8.5 g, Proteins: 8 g, Salt: 1.3 g.

Storage conditions after defrosting without packaging: - no more than 36 hours, at a temperature not lower than 4 ° C and a relative humidity of not more than 75%; - 72 hours, at a temperature not lower than 4 ° C and a relative humidity of not more than 75%. Frozen products are thawed: at room temperature at a temperature of 20-25 ° C for 4 hours or leave in the refrigerator for 8 hours, for the crust, place on a baking sheet without packaging and heat in the oven at a temperature of 220-230 ° C for 5-7 minutes.
