Ingredients: first grade wheat flour, peeled rye flour, drinking water, sugar-glucose syrup "Leipomo", potato flakes, light barley malt extract, pressed yeast, salt, bread improver*, caraway. *Bakery product improver: glucose, wheat flour, emulsifiers: esters of glycerol, diacetyl tartaric and fatty acids, sodium pyrophosphate; wheat gluten, anti-caking agent calcium carbonate; wheat malt, sugar, enzymes (xylanase, amylase, hydrolase, oxidase), flour improver - ascorbic acid. Additive: semolina. The product is made on rye yeast bread, rye sourdough.
Nutritional value of 100 g of product: Energy value: 1021 kJ/241 kcal. Fats: 1.1 g, of which saturated fatty acids – 0.3 g; Carbohydrates: 51 g, of which sugars – 4.9 g, Proteins: 7.1 g, Salt: 1.3 g.
Terms and conditions of storage
Best before/L: see packaging. The batch number corresponds to the expiration date. Store at a temperature not exceeding minus 18°C
Storage conditions after defrosting without packaging: - no more than 36 hours, at a temperature not lower than 4°C and a relative humidity of not more than 75%; - 72 hours, at a temperature not lower than 4°C and a relative humidity of not more than 75%. Frozen products are defrosted: at room temperature at a temperature of 20-25°C for 4 hours or leave in the refrigerator for 8 hours, for a crust, place on a baking sheet without packaging and heat in the oven at a temperature of 220-230°C for 5-7 minutes. After defrosting, re-freezing is not allowed!
