Storage conditions after defrosting without packaging at a temperature of (6±2) ºС: - 72 hours, in packaging at a temperature of (6±2) ºС: 120 hours. Without packaging at a temperature of (18±5) ºС: 72 hours. In packaging at a temperature of (18±5): 120 hours. Frozen products are defrosted in a closed package in the refrigerator at a temperature of (0±6) °C for 12 hours. After defrosting, re-freezing is not allowed!
