Boujee Macaron Mango-Maracujageschmack

Mango ice cream (35%) with passion fruit filling (10%), surrounded on top and bottom by coloured almond dough (55%) in macaron style, frozen product. 

Ingredients: sugar, water, 13.2% mango puree, 9.2% almond flour, wheat flour, butter, skimmed milk powder, egg white powder, glucose syrup, corn starch, humectant: glycerol, gelatin (fish), salt, vanilla pod extract, stabilizer: pectins, modified starch, acidity regulator: citric acid, thickener: carob gum, color: carotenes, flavors, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, citric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; acidity regulator: sodium citrates. May contain traces of peanuts and sesame. 

Nutritional value per 100 g of product: energy value: 1413 kJ / 336 kcal, fats – 11 g, including saturated fatty acids – 3.5 g; carbohydrates – 53 g, including sugars – 43 g; proteins – 6.8 g; salt – 0.25 g. Our frozen pasta is ready to eat. No defrosting required. 

Store at temperatures below -18°C. Best before: see package. After defrosting, do not refreeze and consume immediately! Manufacturing plant by letter codes (AF or TM): see marking next to the expiration date.
