Vanilla ice cream (35%) with a salted caramel cream filling (10%), covered on top and bottom with colored almond dough (55%) in macaron style, frozen product. 

Ingredients: sugar, water, 9.2% almond flour, wheat flour, butter, skimmed milk powder, dry egg white, glucose syrup, corn starch, gelatin (fish), salt, vanilla bean extract, stabilizer: pectin, modified starch, acidity regulator: sodium citrate, acid: citric acid, thickener: locust bean gum, colors: regular caramel, carotenes, iron oxides and hydroxides; Safflower extract, flavourings, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, citric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids. May contain traces of peanuts and sesame. 

Nutritional value per 100 g of product: Energy value: 1448 kJ / 344 kcal. Fats: 11 g, of which saturated fatty acids – 3.7 g; Carbohydrates: 54 g, of which sugars – 45 g; Proteins: 7.1 g; Salt: 0.34 g.
