Ingredients: Cornstarch, baking powder (baking soda), acidity regulator (citric acid). Non-GMO.

Directions: Before kneading the dough, add the contents of the packet to the flour and mix thoroughly. Use one packet (15 g) per 500 g of flour.

Nutritional value per 100 g of product: Energy: 753.6 kJ/180 kcal. Fat: 2.0 g, of which saturated fatty acids – 0 g; Carbohydrates: 42.0 g, of which sugars – 0 g; Protein: 50.0 g; Salt: 0 g.

Permissible negative deviation of net weight: 1.4 g.

Storage conditions: Store in a dry, clean, well-ventilated area free from pests, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C and a relative humidity not exceeding 75%.

The batch number corresponds to the manufacturing date.
