Ingredients: 60% salted skinless Atlantic HERRING (Clupea harengus) fillet (herring fillet, salt, acidity regulators: sodium citrates, citric acid, glucono-delta-lactone; flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate; antioxidant: ascorbic acid; preservatives: sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate); 38.5% refined oil (1 – rapeseed or 2 – sunflower); 0.5% barberries, 0.5% green onions, spices. May contain traces of GLUTEN (from WHEAT), EGGS, MUSTARD, MILK, ALMONDS, SESAME, CELERY.
Origin of main ingredient: Caught in the north-east Atlantic Ocean FAO 27 (A – Norwegian Sea, B – North Sea, C – Icelandic waters). Fishing gear: circle nets, lift nets, and/or trawls.
