Nutritional value per 100 g: energy 1144.3 kJ / 273.3 kcal; fat 16.1 g, of which saturated fatty acids 6.2 g; carbohydrates 27.4 g, of which sugars 15.6 g; protein 4.8 g; salt 0.75 g.

Storage conditions: Store at -18°C and a relative humidity of no more than 75%. Defrost in the refrigerator for 5–8 hours at 6±2°C before use. Defrosting at room temperature for 2–3 hours is also allowed. Portioned pieces are recommended to be defrosted at 20–25°C for 15–25 minutes. After defrosting, store in the refrigerator and consume within 12 days. Do not refreeze.
