Frozen "Medovik" Cake

Ingredients: Natural ultra-pasteurized 36% fat CREAM (cow's milk cream, carrageenan stabilizer), cream cheese (pasteurized milk, cream, lactic enzymes, salt, stabilizers: guar gum, locust bean gum, xanthan gum), WHEAT flour, 10.7% natural honey, 73% sweet cream butter (cow's milk cream), EGGS, sodium bicarbonate baking powder, cocoa powder, sorbic acid preservative.

Nutritional value per 100 g: energy value 1310.3 kJ / 312.9 kcal; fat 20.1 g, of which saturated fatty acids 10.2 g; Carbohydrates 29.4 g, of which sugars 20.2 g; proteins 3.8 g; salt 1.0 g.

Storage conditions: Store at -18°C and relative humidity no more than 75%. Defrost in the refrigerator for 5–8 hours at 6±2°C before use. Defrosting is allowed at room temperature for 2-3 hours. Portioned pieces are recommended to be defrosted at a temperature of (20-25) °C for 15-25 minutes. After defrosting, store in the refrigerator and consume within 12 days. Do not refreeze.
