Frozen Classic Baked Cheesecake

Ingredients: cream cheese (58.1% CREAM, 36.1% skim milk powder, 4.7% skim milk powder, salt, stabilizers: guar gum, locust bean gum, xanthan gum; lactic enzymes), WHEAT flour, sugar, 18% fat CREAM, EGGS, sweet cream butter (pasteurized cow's milk cream), drinking water, corn starch, powdered sugar (dextrose, potato starch, fully hydrogenated palm kernel vegetable oil, WHEAT starch, vanilla flavoring), salt, baking powder (sodium bicarbonate).

Nutritional value per 100 g: energy value 1388.3 kJ / 331.6 kcal; Fats 21.3 g, of which saturated fatty acids 8.9 g; carbohydrates 30.4 g, of which sugars 23.8 g; proteins 4.5 g; salt 0.7 g.

Storage conditions: Store at -18°C and a relative humidity of no more than 75%. Before using, defrost in the refrigerator for 5-8 hours at 6±2°C. Defrosting at room temperature for 2-3 hours is also allowed. Portioned pieces are recommended to be defrosted at 20-25°C for 15-25 minutes. After defrosting, store in the refrigerator and consume within 9 days. Do not refreeze.
