Frozen "Medovik" Cake

Ingredients: Natural ultra-pasteurized CREAM 36% fat (CREAM from cow's MILK, milk proteins, stabilizer carrageenan), sugar, cream cheese (pasteurized MILK, CREAM, milk enzymes, salt, stabilizers: guar gum, locust bean gum, xanthan gum), WHEAT flour, EGGS, margarine (refined, deodorized vegetable oils: palm oil and its fractions, sunflower oil in variable proportions, water, salt, emulsifiers: distilled monoglyceride, polyoxyethylene (20) sorbitan monooleate, sunflower lecithin, preservative potassium sorbate, acidity regulator citric acid; flavors "Butter", "Fresh Milk", coloring Beta-carotene), artificial honey (sugar, water, acidity regulator citric acid), natural sunflower honey, baking powder sodium bicarbonate, salt, emulsifier (water, sugar, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyglyceride esters of fatty acids; humectant propylene glycol; stabilizer fatty acid salts), preservative sorbic acid.

Nutritional value per 100 g: energy 1309.6 kJ / 312.8 kcal; fat 17.9 g, of which saturated fatty acids 10.2 g; carbohydrates 34.1 g, of which sugars 25.4 g; protein 3.9 g; salt 0.4 g.

Storage conditions: at a relative humidity of no more than 75%. 

Shelf life: 365 days at (-18) °C; 14 days at (6 ± 2) °C. Defrost the frozen product before use: in the refrigerator at (6 ± 2) °C for 5-8 hours; at room temperature (+25) °C for 2-3 hours. After defrosting, store in the refrigerator and consume within the recommended time. Do not refreeze.
