Storage conditions: Store at -18°C and relative humidity no more than 75%. Defrost in the refrigerator for 5–8 hours at 6±2°C before use. Defrosting at room temperature for 2–3 hours is allowed. Portioned pieces are recommended to be defrosted at 20–25°C for 15–25 minutes. After defrosting, store in the refrigerator and consume within 5 days. Do not refreeze.
