E102 may have a negative effect on the activity and attention of children.

Instructions: Place the products on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, leaving a distance of 4 cm between them, and place in a proofing cabinet at a temperature of 35-40 °C and humidity of 80-90% for 80-90 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 °C, turn on the steam supply and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown at a temperature of 180 °C. Sprinkle the finished products with powdered sugar.

Terms and conditions of storage

Storage conditions: store at a temperature not exceeding -18 °C and a relative humidity of not more than 75%. Re-freezing is allowed. Shelf life after defrosting and baking: 24 hours.
