Nutritional value per 100 g of product: energy value 1010 kJ / 240 kcal; fats 8.0 g, of which saturated - 1.1 g; carbohydrates 0.0 g, of which sugars - 0.0 g; proteins 42.0 g; salt 12.0 g.

Storage conditions: store at a temperature not exceeding -18 °C and a relative humidity of 70-75% for up to 12 months. After defrosting, store at a temperature from 0 °C to +6 °C and a relative humidity of 70-75% for up to 90 days, without exceeding the expiration date. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
