Ingredients: herring FISH caviar (Clupea harengus) (A) or capelin FISH caviar (Mallotus villosus) (B) 45%, refined deodorized sunflower oil, pieces of FISH (smoked salmon) (Salmo salar) 5% (grown in aquaculture conditions), drinking water, sugar, salt, acidity regulator: acetic acid, thickeners: EGG (dry melange), xanthan gum, guar gum, modified potato starch, preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, color: paprika extract. The letters A and B indicated after the batch number indicate the type of fish from which the product is made. Catch area / origin: capelin roe – FAO 21; FAO 27 (subzones 1.B, 5, 5.A and 5.A.2); herring roe – FAO 27 (subzones 562, 563 and 2.A.2); salmon – farmed. Catch method: capelin roe – surround net, purse seine or trawl; herring roe – trawl; salmon – aquaculture.
