The letters A and B after the batch number indicate the type of fish from which the product is made. Catch area (FAO): capelin caviar – FAO 21; FAO 27 (subzones 1.B, 5, 5.A and 5.A.2); herring roe – FAO 27 (subzones 562, 563 and 2.A.2); crab – FAO 27.6.a and FAO 27.2.A.2.
