Ingredients: herring FISH caviar (Clupea harengus) (A) or capelin FISH caviar (Mallotus villosus) (B) 43%, refined deodorized sunflower oil, pieces of boiled CRUSTACEAN meat (crab) (Cancer pagurus) 7%, drinking water, sugar, salt, acidity regulator: acetic acid, thickeners: EGG (dry melange), xanthan gum, guar gum, modified potato starch, preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, color: paprika extract. The letters A and B after the batch number indicate the type of fish from which the product is made. Catch area (FAO): capelin caviar – FAO 21; FAO 27 (subzones 1.B, 5, 5.A and 5.A.2); herring roe – FAO 27 (subzones 562, 563 and 2.A.2); crab – FAO 27.6.a and FAO 27.2.A.2. Catch method: capelin roe – surrounding net, purse seine or trawl; herring roe – trawl; crab – traditional method.

Best before / Batch number (L): see packaging. Storage conditions: store at a temperature between -6 °C and +6 °C. After opening, store at a temperature between 0 °C and +6 °C and consume within 48 hours within the overall expiration date.
