Pelmeni Three Meat Firmeni

Ingredients: dough 50%: WHEAT FLOUR, water, EGGS, sunflower oil, salt; minced meat 50%: pork 33%, beef 22%, chicken 22%, onion, BUTTER, salt, black pepper. Preparation: Place frozen dumplings in boiling water and cook until the water returns to a boil and the dumplings float to the surface. Then reduce heat to medium and cook until done, 5-7 minutes. Remove the dumplings from the pan with a slotted spoon, add butter, and serve hot. TD 01/2012.
