Vanilla Cream Éclairs

Ingredients: drinking water, liquid chicken EGGS, eclair mix (WHEAT flour, modified starch, corn starch, WHEAT starch, thickener: carrageenan; raising agents: sodium bicarbonate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate; stabilizers: sodium alginate, calcium sulfate, tetrasodium pyrophosphate; sugar, salt, color: beta-carotene), refined deodorized sunflower oil, cream mix (sugar, modified potato starch, dextrose, dried WHEY, vegetable palm fat (fully hydrogenated), dried glucose syrup, thickeners: sodium alginate, carrageenan; emulsifiers: acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sucrose esters of fatty acids; salt, anti-caking agent: calcium carbonate, MILK PROTEIN, flavorings: vanilla, butter, milk; natural color: beta-carotene), vegetable-dairy blend with 72.5% total fat content (vegetable oils and fats 72.2% (sunflower oil, palm oil—refined, deodorized, in natural and partially hydrogenated forms in varying proportions), concentrated demineralized WHEY, BUTTERMILK, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, SOY lecithin; sugar, preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; BUTTER, flavorings, antioxidants: butylated hydroxyanisole, butylated hydroxytoluene; coloring agent: beta-carotene; contains 0.15% MILK fat (of total fat content), sugar, preservative: sorbic acid, flavoring: vanilla essence. May contain traces of PEANUTS, SESAME, and NUTS.

Nutritional value per 100 g of product: Energy value: 1138.8 kJ / 272.0 kcal; Fat: 18.5 g, of which saturated fatty acids – 9.1 g; Carbohydrates: 23.8 g, of which sugars – 16.4 g; Protein: 2.5 g; Salt: 1.5 g. 

Storage conditions: store at -18°C and a relative humidity of no more than 75%. Shelf life under these conditions: 365 days. Remove the product from the packaging and leave to thaw in the refrigerator for approximately 5–8 hours at a temperature of (6±2)°C. The product can be thawed on a plate at room temperature for 2–3 hours. Individual items should be thawed at a temperature of (20–25)°C for 15–25 minutes. After thawing, store in the refrigerator and consume within 7 days. Do not refreeze after thawing.
