Caramel Cream Éclairs

Ingredients: caramelized condensed MILK (whole cow's MILK, sugar), caramel-flavored confectionery filling (sugar, vegetable fats (palm oil, sunflower oil), dried WHEY, skimmed MILK powder, reduced-fat cocoa powder (10–12%), emulsifier: SOY lecithin, salt, caramel flavoring, coloring agent: paprika extract (E160c), vanillin flavoring), chicken EGGS, éclair mix (WHEAT flour, modified starch, corn starch, WHEAT starch, thickener: carrageenan; raising agents: sodium bicarbonate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate; stabilizers: sodium alginate, calcium sulfate, tetrasodium pyrophosphate; granulated sugar, salt, coloring agent: beta-carotene), drinking water, refined deodorized sunflower oil. May contain traces of ALMONDS, HAZELNUTS, and PEANUTS.

 Nutritional value per 100 g of product: Energy value: 1449.1 kJ / 346.1 kcal; Fat: 21.3 g, of which saturated fatty acids – 12.2 g; Carbohydrates: 34.2 g, of which sugars – 21.4 g; Protein: 4.5 g; Salt: 0.75 g. 

Storage conditions: at a relative humidity of no more than 75%: 365 days at -18°C; 16 days at (6±2)°C; 5 days at +25°C. Thaw the frozen product before consumption: in the refrigerator at (6±2)°C for 5–8 hours or at room temperature (+25°C) for 2–3 hours. After thawing, store in the refrigerator and consume within the recommended timeframe. Do not refreeze.
