A finely comminuted, smoked, heat-treated sausage product made from chicken, pork and beef, with mechanically separated poultry meat, cheese and mustard, in an inedible casing. Contains flavourings and added water. Ingredients: mechanically separated chicken meat 36%, pork 31%, water, beef tendons, matured full-fat cheese 6% [pasteurised MILK, salt, lactic acid bacteria], salt, MUSTARD 1.2%, spirit vinegar, sugar, spices, flavourings, flavour enhancer: E621, maltodextrin, antioxidants: E300, E301, stabilisers: E450, E401, E516, E451, spice extracts, dextrose, acidity regulators: E262, E331, glucose, colour: E120, preservative: E250. The product is smoked using beechwood smoke. May contain cereals containing gluten, soya, celery, lactose, sesame, nuts, eggs, sulphur dioxide and sulphites.
